We looked at the software market, what was available, the provision of local support, the ease of integration and of course, the cost. Taking these factors into consideration, OpenText was our choice.

By creating an atmosphere of inclusion with our users, informing them regularly of what was happening and when, we’ve found that this helps ensure that they do not neglect the application and use it to its full capability.

Productivity within KBA has improved with staff no longer having to wait for paper documents to be retrieved. They are able to self-serve by searching OpenText for the document they need, which is then instantly displayed, allowing them to focus on the 
task in hand.

Being able to quickly access documents electronically helps keep operational costs down, improves customer service and avoids the need for paper reproduction and the associated environmental impact.
