MGS Support

MGS' staff of Product Specialists and Technical Consultants provides technical assistance to customers who are enrolled in our Support Programs. Our support teams handle questions on the use, configuration, and functionality of MGS’s products. In addition, MGS' Support team can help to identify software issues, develop creative solutions, and document enhancement requests for consideration in future product releases.

Technical Support hours are from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Middle Eastern Standard Time, Saturday through Thursday; therefore, cases opened after hours or on weekends will not be responded to until the next business day.
